1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method.
Please make sure your PayPal account is ready for a smooth checkout.


2. How long does shipping take?

All our products are made on demand.

  • Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on your location)

3. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted print-on-demand partners worldwide, ensuring your items are printed and shipped quickly.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified within 12 hours after purchase, as production begins immediately.
After that, changes or cancellations are not possible.


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made on demand, we cannot accept returns for size, color preference, or change of mind.

We do offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item is sent
  • The product is defective or poor quality
  • The package is lost during shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if there’s a problem.
Refunds will be processed via PayPal to the original payment method.

No return shipment is required, as all products are custom-made.


7. What if my package is late?

Shipping delays can happen.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll check the status for you.
